I am a wife, mother of 3, and internationally published portrait artist in St. Clair County, Michigan.

I believe every woman deserves a beautiful portrait of herself, and luxury "model-for-a-day" portrait experiences.  DH Photographs sessions are designed to achieve stunning imagery in an exceptionally comfortable and joyful environment. There is something magical about the process. Listening to a client's needs, gathering inspiration, and translating a vision into a photographic product that delights and exceeds expectations.

I would like to take this moment to share a famous quote from Dr. Seuss, "Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory." To elaborate ~ We will never know when the photographs we captured are a source of joy as they're pulled out of a dusty box and reminisced through decades later. We'll never know when they become the beloved framed print that is displayed at a son or daughter's wedding 30 years from now. We'll never know what image sits on an office desk or bedside table reminding that husband or wife how loved they are.

 

This is why I do what I do. It is a privilege and my passion to create gorgeous portraits, unforgettable experiences, and printed memories of the greatest joys in life.

Graduating seniors and women's portraiture (including maternity and couples) are my passion. I also adore children's portraiture and I am honored to provide professional imagery for men as well.
